Personal Experience

Jenn Morin is a business coach, financial management consultant, entrepreneur, and public servant dedicated to supporting Maine’s business community. She spent more than 20 years in banking and financial services before transitioning into entrepreneurship, where she now works closely with business owners across Maine to support growth, financial performance, and long-term planning.

In 2019, Jenn founded Trinity Business Brokers, a Maine-based advisory and brokerage firm focused on helping business owners prepare for and navigate business transitions. Her work centers around exit planning, business valuations, consulting, and brokerage services, helping owners better understand the value of their businesses and position themselves for future success. Drawing on both her banking background and real-world experience as a business owner, Jenn has helped hundreds of Maine companies strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and prepare for growth or eventual sale.

Known for her practical, relationship-focused approach, Jenn is passionate about helping entrepreneurs better understand the financial side of their businesses and how thoughtful decisions today can create stronger outcomes tomorrow. In addition to her work with businesses across Maine, Jenn proudly serves as the Mayor of Brewer, where she remains committed to supporting economic growth, small business success, and community development.
